These half-day workshops invite to dive deeper into a specific topic making use of hands-on techniques such as roleplays or interactive games which allow participants to create a set of actions for their organisation.

These workshops are specifically designed for middle management positions in the hospitality industry. They provide a toolkit for immediate implementation.

6 hours of classroom training @ 900.00€+ VAT for a maximum of 20 attendees.

The “Knowledge Pills” are aimed at participants who are interested in learning a specific technique in a short and concise way which can be applied immediately.
