Uta Werner

Uta is a business professional driven by social change and throughout her life has worked as strategist, manager, coach, consultant, trainer and researcher in high end environments across a wide range of sectors, cultures and countries to inspire businesses and individuals to rethink the way they work.

Uta lived several years in London running her own Business and HR consultancy  working with some of the globally renowned architectural practices, putting equal opportunities and a transversal approach to sustainability on her clients ´  agenda. Her work covered strategy development  & change management, equality & diversity training, community inclusion and skills & competency development  in corporate culture,   boutique hospitality, architecture & gastronomy.

Uta gained her grounding in strategy, people development and management of complex projects when working for Volkswagen Corporate Human Resources in Germany where she spent several years leading national and international projects on flexible working models, gender mainstreaming and dignity at work. She has mentored business start-ups and SMEs to develop value added products and
services to achieve sustainable growth and enhanced sources of income . In Mallorca,  she was the driving force behind the commercial operations and brand development of Son Moragues, a thriving organic olive oil producing estate. 

Among other Uta worked with clients such as Richard Rogers Architects, Zaha Hadid, Make, HSBC, McAslan + Partners, British Horseracing Society, Moleskine, Fundación Haciendas Mundo Maya, GHM Las Haciendas/Starwood Luxury Collection, Hotel Rosas & Xocolate, Reyes Rios + Larrain Architects to name a few.

Uta has gained ample cultural competence living and working in Mexico, UK, India, Bolivia and Spain and enjoys working with diverse teams.

As a Board Member of the Mallorcan Business Association “Cercle d’Economia de Mallorca”, she is currently presiding the Responsible Tourism Commission.

Uta holds MsCs in Political Science (FU Berlin) and Responsible Tourism Management (Leeds Beckett University). She is a people ´s person with extensive cultural competence, diplomacy skills and a highly analytical approach to projects which has underpinned a varied and diverse career to date; across different countries, cultures and industries.

Janina Faller

After her studies of Business Administration with focus on strategic tourism management, her passion for travelling took Janina around the globe to explore the world during an individual world trip. Later she gained valuable experiences in leading sales & marketing positions in the international tourism industry.

She gained valuable experiences in leading sales & marketing positions in the international tourism industry, first in the hospitality industry in Germany, later over 3 years in Cuba in both hospitality and incoming tourism.

The experiences on both sides of the touristic value chain combined with the continuous contact with international partners & clients from medium to upper market built a great foundation of her skills & knowledge and enhanced her negotiation skills with local partners.

Looking for a new professional challenge closer to her home she found her way to Majorca, where she worked in Event Management, Business Development, Project Management and Marketing with various small to medium sized touristic companies. Parallel to this, Janina took the road towards what moves her soul: Sustainable Development. Recently, she has been developing and implementing different sustainability concepts for her clients and support non profit organisation from creation to success of their overall business and individual projects.

Janina’s passion for unique experiences combined with her eye for detail, her vibrant personality & positive attitude guarantee for a successful and straightforward cooperation for our clients. Her understanding for individual requirements and needs of our customers paired with her well-structured working style and creativity allow for innovative concepts surpassing client’s expectations.

Since 1996 Veronique has developed her professional career in the luxury hotel sector working for chains such as Hyatt, The Luxury Collection by Starwood, GHM (Amanresorts Group) and Hospes Hoteles.

Until November 2018 she has managed 5-star hotels, with the position of Director at The Haciendas in Mexico, Regional Quality Manager at Starwood Luxury Collection in Mexico, General Manager of Hospes Lancaster hotels in Paris, Hospes Palacio del Baillío in Córdoba and Hospes Maricel & Spa, in Palma de Mallorca.

She is currently working as a Luxury & Hospitality Consultant.
